How do commissions work?

A brokerage commission is charged only when a deal is concluded. It is a percentage of the transaction amount, split between buyer and seller. Rates (e.g. from 0.2% for domestic bulk) are shown transparently at the moment of closing. No commission is due until an agreement is signed.

How does document verification (KYC) work?

After registering you can already browse the market and start negotiations. To close a deal, your company must be verified: upload your tax ID and official company documents from your dashboard. Our team reviews the file and approves (or requests more) within a few business days. Your documents remain strictly confidential.
